My attempt to write a catchy pop song with my typical "screw you" lyrics. Part of a 3 song demo recorded for free on spec at Red Zone Studios in Burbank, California, Sept.-Oct. 1989. Mark Langton on vocals, Kurt McGettrick on multiple electronic reeds overdub solo. I am unhappy with mix: Brass & reeds too far in background, synthesizer keyboard way too loud, vocals too upfront like a cheap home demo. I would love to remix it, but good luck to me tracking down the 2" tracking master reel tape, lost forever in the mists of time! Same with a couple of my early album master tapes. This is exactly why I obsessively archive absolutely everything I record now.
